Mortalis Game – This Isn't a Job
We're not hiring employees.
We're looking for builders.
We're creating a sci-fi/fantasy MMORPG where players shape the world for years — and we're building the team the same way.
Right now, we're all volunteers.
No salaries. No safety net.
Just people who believe in what we're building.
Money comes later — when we secure investors or generate revenue through Mortalis Game products.
This is for you if:
- ▸You want to create, not just follow tasks
- ▸You're tired of being ignored — your ideas actually matter here
- ▸You'd rather build something big than play it safe
- ▸You think long-term and want ownership, not just salary
- ▸You're ready to prove yourself, not just talk
What you get:
- Total freedom to shape your role
- A career leveling system where your impact = your income
- A team that values bold, unconventional thinking
- Path to a 4-hour workday with full pay
- Opportunity to earn company ownership over time
- Chance to help build a future global success (USA & Asia focus)
What we expect:
- Consistency (no excuses)
- Initiative (don't wait to be told)
- Ownership mindset (this is your game too)

Our Onboarding Process
Step 1: Join the Survivors Camp
In order to submit your application, you need to join the Survivor’s Camp first and verify your e-mail.
The Survivors Camp is the heart of the Mortalis community. Get insider news, first access to the marketplace, and shape the future of the world we're building together.
Step 2: Share Your Story
This is where you introduce yourself to us. We'd love for you to create a short video (around 5 minutes) answering the questions below. This is your chance to be yourself and let your personality shine. Along with the video, please share your resume and portfolio (if you have one) with us.
Please also send an email to epicjourney@mortalisgame.com or add us to your contacts to ensure our replies don’t end up in your spam folder.

Feel free to include something creative or catchy in your message to help you stand out 😉
Step 3: Our Vision
After we receive your materials, we'll send you a series of videos from our company owners. They'll share our vision, how we work, and what makes our company culture unique.
Step 4: Let's Talk
Once you've had a chance to learn more about us, we'll schedule a video call to chat further.
Your Video Submission
Please answer the following questions in your video. Feel free to be as detailed as you like. The most important thing is to be yourself.
- Do you like playing video games? If so, what type of games? What are your three favorites?
- If you had the opportunity to participate in the development process of a game, what would be your dream role? Where do you feel your skills would be most useful?
- Do you feel happier when you can make developmental decisions for yourself, or when you are given a precise brief or instructions to follow?
- Describe a situation when you had to finish a task by a certain deadline. How did you manage your time and resources to complete it on time?
- Which is more important to you right now: a fixed income, or the opportunity to contribute your time and skills voluntarily for a period in return for a lifelong career opportunity and a share in the company?
- If you were the owner of a game company building a team, what qualities would make you choose someone like yourself to be a part of it?
Video Guidelines:
- A video filmed on your phone is perfect.
- Please ensure the audio is clear.
- Upload your video to Google Drive or YouTube and share the link with us.
